when I was just 8 years old I had a calling, long before any certifications. I was connected to meditation and card reading and trained myself using Leonormand cards that my mum bought me. Being only 13 years old, I was lucky that my body needed energetic support - that’s how I met the lovely souls who reached me to become a Reiki master. And thats just how it started…

MY PASSION
I’ve always believed that we should fully enjoy life, with all its highs and lows. In today’s fast-paced world, we often forget how precious our time is, getting lost in expectations, duties and worries. But I’m convinced that each of us has the right to live a happy, fulfilling life on our own terms.
From an early age, I knew my mission in life: help people to connect with their true happiness even throughout life’s challenges. I’ve dedicated my life to learning everything I could about psychology, energetic healing techniques and the deeper connections within human experience. For over 12 years, as a certified mentor and coach, I’ve helped people know themselves better and free themselves from old patterns.
But do you know how I learned the most? When I’ve faced my own challenges. I’ve gone through times of uncertainty, burnout, grief and moments where I felt lost. Even now, I continue working with my own mentors. These experiences taught me that healing and personal growth are rarely linear: they are journeys of ups and downs. Yet, it’s here that my strength lies: I’ve learned how to find an inner compass even in turbulent times.
In my work, my aim is to create a non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are: no masks, no pressure, no fear of judgment. I work intuitively and individually, supporting you both with psychological insights and energetic approaches, depending on what you need most.
I can’t promise that life will be challenge-free, but I can provide tools to help you find and walk your own path. Together, we’ll bring light to those corners you may struggle to see alone, creating clarity and confidence so you can shape a life that feels right for you.
It’s my heartfelt mission to help you connect with yourself, discover your inner strength and live a life that truly reflects who you are: one filled with joy, fulfilment and inner balance. I believe everyone deserves to live life to the fullest.

My Qualifications

The Paracelsus Heilpraktikerschule provided the foundation for my work as a psychological counselor.
In 2017, I began a two-year training program in Heilpraktiker for Psychotherapy, focusing on clinical psychology, diagnostics, counseling psychology, psychopathology, communication training, systemic therapy methods, developmental therapy, hypnosis, family constellations, and more.
This comprehensive program was the perfect starting point for my path — combining solid psychological knowledge with practical therapeutic skills. It also gave me the framework to pursue what has always been my vision: offering a truly holistic approach that addresses both the mind and the heart.

In 2022, I completed certified training as a Couples and Sexuality Counselor at the Paracelsus Heilpraktikerschule.
During my work as a psychological counselor, I noticed how often challenges in relationships and sexuality affect overall emotional well-being. To provide clients with informed, compassionate, and targeted support in these sensitive areas, this specialization became a natural and essential next step in my professional journey.

In 2025, I completed the training as a Holosomatic Bodywork Therapist® with Inner Camp.
This trauma-informed, body-based method combines breathwork, mindful movement, touch, and somatic awareness to release stored emotions and restore balance. It’s gentle yet powerful — meeting you exactly where you are, and helping you reconnect with your body’s wisdom for lasting change.

I felt a connection to spiritual work from a very young age, especially after receiving my first Reiki treatment. It wasn’t long before I completed my Reiki Level 1 training in Aidenbach in 2013. This training confirmed what I had already sensed: Reiki energy healing and the role of healer truly aligned with who I am. Later that same year, I went on to complete Level 2. I began working with my first clients, gaining valuable experience, and in 2015, I decided to pursue the Reiki Master and Teacher certifications (Levels 3 and 4).
Today, as a Reiki Master and Teacher, I am honored to share this healing path with my own students.

Over 15 years ago, I began taking workshops and reading extensively about card divination with Lenormand and Tarot cards. These books also laid the foundation for my practice in energetic cleansing, as well as sound bowl healing, though I was fortunate to gain deeper, more intensive knowledge in these areas while traveling through Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Nepal, and India.
In both practices, I work in a traditional way, strongly influenced by Buddhism. My intuitive abilities have been deepened through 12 different trainings, and I’ve lost count of the books I’ve read on the subject. Since 2022 I’ve been trained in Pranayama and Breathwork and use in on mostly a daily basis in my own practice. These experiences, along with Reiki, form the holistic approach that defines my work today.

I completed this advanced training in psychological kinesiology at the Paracelsus Heilpraktikerschule in 2020. Using muscle testing, unprocessed traumas and experiences stored in the subconscious can be uncovered, making kinesiology an ideal bridge between psychological and energetic work.

The year 2023 began for me in India with yoga teacher training, which I completed in February after returning to Germany. The training included pranayama, various new meditation techniques, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and, of course, physical asanas, all of which beautifully complement my previous studies. I’m thrilled to incorporate this knowledge into my meditation courses and to soon offer even more new classes.

In September 2021, I successfully completed my distance learning program with ecodemy to become a certified Vegan Nutrition Consultant. The main focus areas include vegan nutrition for beginners and experienced individuals, diet-related health conditions, fasting, sustainable nutrition, and food intolerances.
As a certified Vegan Nutrition Consultant, my goal is to gain a broader perspective on holistic healing and to offer seminars on vegan nutrition.

Hello my Love, I am Martin
My spiritual journey began in 2022, when I found myself in the midst of an exhaustion depression and burnout. The questions that kept coming up for me back then were: “Who am I? Why am I here? What is the meaning of it all?”
That led me on a deep journey of self-discovery to Sri Lanka, India, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Along the way, I learned yoga, meditation, and other healing modalities, as well as powerful techniques for self-inquiry.
After my first trip, I received my initiation as a Reiki healer and completed countless courses and trainings.
Today, I feel fully at home within myself, and I happily move from place to place with my partner and our two cats. Together, we host workshops and courses on a wide variety of topics.
There’s nothing that excites me more than helping you become your highest, most authentic, and happiest self.
