    This is a free live workshop designed to give you a real experience of this work. You’ll be guided through the full session with no obligation just come and experience it for yourself.

  • This session is open to most people.

    However, it may not be suitable if you are currently experiencing acute depression or psychosis, epilepsy, have a pacemaker or serious heart conditions, or if you are pregnant.

    If you’re unsure you can always contact me beforehand, I ‘m happy to give you more details! :)

  • Yes, there will be a recording available for registered participants only.

    However, this experience works best live, as the guidance and energy of the session are an important part of it.

    You can also relax knowing that you will not be visible in the recording.

  • No, not at all.

    This session is designed for both complete beginners and people who have already explored breathwork or bodywork. You’ll be guided the entire time.

  • Everyone experiences this differently. You may feel:

    • a emotional release

    • physical sensations (like tingling, warmth, or movement)

    • a sense of lightness or relief

    • deep relaxation or calm

    Some people also experience very clear insights or moments of deep inner clarity.

    In some cases, people enter a more expanded or meditative state where they feel deeply connected to themselves.

    There is no one way to experience this your body will move at its own pace, some need to have a few session before they start to have deeper experiences.

  • Just a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.

    If possible, have:

    • a place to lie down (f.e. a yoga mat with pillow and blanket nearby)

    • comfortable clothing

    • wear earphones for a deeper experience

    • prepare water or tea

    This is your time to fully be with yourself. <3
